Delete your MotiForm account

In the app

1. Open MotiForm and go to More → Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and everything stored with it (profile, food and water logs, workouts, programs, measurements, check-ins, fasting history, reminders and settings) are permanently deleted within minutes. Backups kept by our database provider for disaster recovery are overwritten within 30 days.

Without the app

Email Test@Test.Test from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my MotiForm account”. We’ll delete it and confirm within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel MotiForm Premium, which is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store’s subscription settings to stop payments.
