MotiForm Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and PlaceHolderBusiness (“we”) for your use of MotiForm. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use MotiForm.

Not medical advice

MotiForm provides general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Talk to a physician before starting a new diet, fasting or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are under 18, or have a history of disordered eating.

Exercise and dietary changes carry risk. You use the app’s programs, targets and suggestions at your own risk and should stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Account → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account and cloud backup.

MotiForm Premium subscriptions

MotiForm Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you buy.

If you start a free trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

Payments, refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We may change prices for future renewal periods; the store will notify you as required.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app or its services: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer paid features, or use the app for anything unlawful.

Your content

Your logs, workouts and other data belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Food and exercise data

Nutrition information comes partly from third-party databases (USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts) and may contain errors. Check labels where accuracy matters to you.

Changes and availability

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we’ll tell you in the app before it takes effect. We may suspend or end the service, but if we end it while you have a paid subscription, we’ll tell you how refunds will be handled.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MotiForm is provided “as is”, without warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
